Step 2 – Choose Your Payment Option
Since we own the property listed for sale, in-house seller financing has some of the lowest down payment and monthly payments. There are no credit checks, no bank underwriting, no prepayment penalties, no red tape, and no hidden fees. Your document fee covers all closing costs from the Land Contract, Purchase Agreement, Promissory Note, and cost to transfer the deed to you when the property is paid in full.
Step 3 – Make Your Payment
Tis Dirt provides several payment options through leading industry providers, Authorize.net and PayPal. All of your payments are protected by compliance with PCIDSS and SSL Security. We also accept Checks, Wire Transfers, Cashapp & Zelle. If you don’t see a payment method that works for your situation, contact us and we’ll work with you to be able to own land you can call your own.
Step 4 – Sign the Closing Documents
There are 3 contracts that you will need to review, provide additional information, and sign. In Real Estate, the conditions of the sale are covered by legally binding contracts that protect you and your investment. We provide these contracts to you electronically through DocuSign once you make the down payment and doc fee.
Step 5 – Enjoy Your Land!
